Part from Old College Project

This part is from an old college project. I am uploading this to test the 3d-design functionality of this website, which I will improve later.

About the Design

The part shown below is from an old college project. As a part of the project we were tasked with designing and building a machine that could bounce a basketball 100 times in three minutes. The part shown below, was designed to be attached to a basketball rim by means of an adhesive. The part was 3D printed and contained a section that could hold a pin. Some fingers were meant to be attached to the part to constrain the motion of the basketball so that it could only bounce vertically. It didn't work that well.

Concepts in Design Project

The red arrow in the image above, with the green rectangle, indicates the part shown below. The blue arrow indicates the finger that is referenced above, and the orange arrow indicates the modified basketball rim.

I just wanted to get this done as soon as possible to work on something else, the method of showing the design could improve. I need to improve my Three.js skills.
