I created this page to test out my system of letting users complete surveys and view the results of surveys. I am letting visitors to this web app complete surveys based on their IP address. The closed surveys section below shows completed surveys, and the open surveys section shows surveys that can still be completed. You can see what goes into creating a survey on the create a survey project page.
