Why Create This Page

This site contains multiple Web APIs that require the user to give the site permission to use the API. Sometimes the user might accidentally deny the site access to the API, and the might later change their mind and decide to give teh site permission to use an API to enable some feature of this application.
This page shows users how to change the permissions granted to this site once they have already denied / granted this site permission to use the API.

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. Go to a site.
  3. To left of the web address, select View Site Information
  4. Select Site settings.
  5. Change a permission setting.

Safari / iPhone

  • On Mac
    1. Navigate to the website in Safari.
    2. Click the Safari app menu in the upper left corner of the screen.
    3. Clicking Settings for This Website.
  • On iPhone
    1. Open Safari, navigate to the website you want to adjust, and tap the A's to the left of the website address. From there, you can choose the website settings option and select whether or not to allow the website to access your camera, microphone, location, and other options.

  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Navigate to the website you want to manage.
  3. Click the Lock icon next to the website link in the address bar
  4. Use the drop-down menus to change the permissions.
  5. Click the Refresh button on the site to apply the changes.
