Google Colab Clone

I learned a lot about the way Jupyter Notebooks work when I was looking into sandboxing Python - after I had decided to use Jupyter Notebooks to accomplish this task. When doing all the reading on Jupyter Notebooks, I decided that I had enough information that I could probably clone Google Colab. I decided to make a Google Colab clone to test out (and maybe improve) my Jupyter Notebook to HTML system. Below, you should be able to use this page similar to how you would use Google Colab.
